Detection of key incidents
We detect key issues in the configuration and health of the power plant, including temperature, inverter regional settings, asymmetry, active power, battery calibration, transition to island mode, power outage, and loss of connection to the manufacturer’s server, among others.

We process key settings, including firmware versions, and indicate devices where the settings are incorrect or outdated.

Monitoring of Solax inverters
We provide monitoring for power plants with Solax G4 inverters. Monitoring is carried out via our proprietary data logger, the „Alfred BOX.“ We are integrated with the functions and data of the Solax Cloud service.

Autonomous incident resolution
We enable semi-autonomous and fully autonomous incident resolution. Alfred performs corrective actions either upon request or automatically as soon as an incident is detected.

Reporting and integration with external services
We enable connections to external services (CRM, etc.) through the MAKE integration platform. We offer advanced reporting tools focused on opportunities for expanding installations and their maintenance.
